Printing Instruction

I provide printing instruction for all KBA formats and medium format Roland presses.

Instructions can be given in various ways, from transferring graphic knowledge during production to guiding the installation and commissioning of both new and used machines.

My priority when providing instructions is to ensure that everyone understands the different functions of the control console. When something is activated in the menu, you must understand what exactly happens inside the machine and what the consequences are. This also applies to the instruction and knowledge of the associated measuring equipment and cameras, such as LAB spectral measurement and dot gain analysis.

Modern printing technology is based on gray balance, dot gain and LAB values rather than solid ink density. This ensures higher print quality, especially for repeat orders, preventing color deviations and potential customer issues.

Everything is measurable!
